Steph's First Tattoo

Well, I finally got my first tattoo! It took me a long time to decide exactly what I wanted. My Gran and I both have a sun charm and I don't wear necklaces a lot, so I though it would be great to get the sun as a tattoo. My brother Rob and Matt took me up to Mitzy in White Bear Lake and we talked to one of the artists. I first thought I would get one the size of a quarter, but when Alice drew it up, it was about the size of a half dollar. I kept thinking it was huge and everyone at the shop kept saying "it's nice and small". A few weeks later I finally went up to see the final drawing and it looked AWESOME!

Twin Cities Marathon: Way to Go SAM!!!!!

Sam Foster finished the Twin Cities Marathon in 05:17:01! She looked awesome out there. The 26th annual Medtronic Twin Cities Marathon is considered "The Most Beautiful Urban Marathon in America."

She ran 26.2 miles, starting at the Metrodome in Minneapolis, traveling around the lakes and ending at the Saint Paul Capital. Her sisters Erica and Nicki also ran. Lyns, Gia, Mason and I were able to catch up with Rob and Bella to cheer her on at the 11 mile marker and the 16 mile marker.
