Mason News: My First Post

Well, I turned two weeks this past Saturday. Mom thought it would be nice for me to start posting news about how I'm doing. You'll be happy to learn that I've gained back all of my weight. I'm already up to 6lbs 9oz! It's been a pretty good two weeks. I like to eat and sleep a lot. Mom says she can't believe how many diapers I go through...The most fun I've had is with Dad. I wait to pee when he takes off my diaper and it gets him every time. You should see how fast he moves!

I'm still living at my Gran's house while Dad is making updates to our house. I go and visit during the day. The nursery is pretty great, I've already napped in my crib a few times. It's not as comfortable as when Mom or Dad is holding me, but it's a close second.

Gran makes me smile a lot. She likes to try and keep me up during the day so that I sleep at night. I still prefer to stay up with Mom all night, but lately I've been getting better.

My cousing Maddie is teaching me a lot of new songs already. Yesterday she sang "You are my Sunshine" and "Three Little Monkey's." I think it will be a while before I can sing, but I love to hear her sing.

Not to much else is new. Mom is looking at a place to post all of my photos. It's crazy how many pictures these people take of me. The flashes from all of the cameras are blinding sometimes. Mom tells me to get use to it because she plans on capturing everything she can on film. Oh well, it will just prepare me for when I'm famous and walking the red carpet :)
